ADMISSION INFORMATION

I. Admission Quotas

• Grade 1: 2 classes (20–25 students per class)
• Grades 2–5: Limited places available for transfer admission
• Grade 6: 1 class (20–25 students
• Grades 7–8: Limited places available for transfer admissions

 

II. Eligibility

• Grade 1: Children aged 6 years (born in 2020)
• Grades 2–5: Students with a valid academic transcript
• Grade 6: Students aged 11 years (born in 2015)
• Grades 7–8: Students with a valid academic transcript
• Applicants must be in good health and demonstrate normal physical and cognitive development.

IV. Admission Process

Grades 1–5

Applicants must submit a complete and valid application dossier and take entrance assessments in the following subjects: Mathematics, Vietnamese, English

Grades 6–8

Applicants must submit a complete and valid application dossier and take entrance assessments in the following subjects: Mathematics, Literature, English
 

V. Required Admission Documents

Applicants are required to submit:

• Completed Admission Application Form (school template
• Certified copy or notarised photocopy of the student's Birth Certificate
• Original Academic Transcript and School Transfer Letter (required for applicants to Grades 2–5 and Grades 7–8)

 

VI. ADMISSION PROCEDURE

- Step 1: Parents submit an application through the School Website, Facebook Fanpage, or directly at the School Admissions Office.

- Step 2: The School reviews the application, schedules the entrance assessment, and notifies parents of the admission results. Parents confirm their intention to enrol their child.

- Step 3: The School issues an Official Letter of Admission to successful applicants.

- Step 4: Parents prepare the required admission documents and submit them in person to the School Admissions Office.
