UNIGO COLLEGE PARTNERS WITH ROBOHUB VIETNAM TO INTRODUCE ROBOTICS INTO ITS CURRICULUM

On May 8, 2026, UNIGO Primary and Lower Secondary School officially signed a cooperation agreement with Leverage Knowledge Vietnam Co., Ltd. - ROBOHUB Vietnam. The partnership marks an important step in the School’s strategy to advance educational innovation and integrate modern technology education into its curriculum.

As technology continues to develop rapidly worldwide, Robotics is becoming an increasingly important area of education. It plays a vital role in preparing a new generation of global citizens equipped with innovative thinking, creativity and the ability to understand and use technology effectively.

With its forward-thinking educational approach, UNIGO believes that introducing Robotics into the curriculum is about more than adding a new subject. It is about building a strong foundation for students to develop technological thinking, problem-solving abilities and the adaptability needed to navigate future changes.

A Strategic Partnership with ROBOHUB Vietnam

ROBOHUB Vietnam, a pioneering provider of STEAM and Robotics education in Vietnam, will work closely with UNIGO to deliver the programme.

Through a personalised, project-based learning approach combined with simulations of international technology competitions, ROBOHUB Vietnam offers a modern educational model that emphasises practical learning and the real-world application of knowledge.

Through the Robotics programme at UNIGO, students will develop logical and creative thinking, strengthen their problem-solving skills and gain early exposure to global technologies. The programme will also encourage them to build the confidence, resilience and initiative required to become future leaders in the digital age.

A Practice-Based STEAM and Robotics Curriculum

The programme follows a modern STEAM education model that integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

Learning is centred on hands-on practice, enabling students to take part in every stage of the development process, from assembling and programming robots to testing and improving their designs. Small class sizes and direct guidance from teachers allow students to maximise their creativity while strengthening their critical-thinking skills.

In addition to classroom lessons, students will have opportunities to participate in experiential activities and technology competitions such as STEAMCUP and Innovation Day. These experiences will help them apply their knowledge in practical settings, improve their teamwork skills and become more confident when participating in modern technology challenges.

Age-Appropriate Robotics Education at UNIGO

The Robotics curriculum is carefully designed to suit students at different ages and stages of development.

At the primary level, students will be introduced to basic programming, sensors, remote control systems and automation through intuitive drag-and-drop programming activities. This visual and accessible approach allows younger learners to explore technological concepts in an engaging and age-appropriate way.

At the lower secondary level, students will study mechanical engineering principles, applied physics, advanced programming and the use of modern sensor technologies in greater depth. These lessons will enable them to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications and gradually build more advanced technological capabilities.
